1. Set the Power Switch to CD Duplicator ON position.
The LEDs will display the firmware version number, for example:
and then run through a series of test numbers:
00, 22, 33... 88, 99.
2. When the self-test is completed, a “rd” (ready) is displayed, followed by two
beeps, “00”, then the speed/function setting or
3. Insert the CD-RW media in the bottom CD-RW writer.
4. The LED display will show and beep a final countdown, then display a rotation
pattern of LED indicators during the erasing process.
5. Upon completion, “00” is displayed, beeps are heard, and the CD-RW media
is ejected.
6. The Erase Only routine can be repeated by inserting another CD-RW media.
7. If a failure occurs during the Self-Test, Test, Erase, or Copy modes, beeps are
heard, then steady “Er” is displayed.
(4) Test & Copy (H4/L4)
Sets the CD-R/RW to “Test & Copy” mode. If you set SW4 to Low Speed, all
operation steps will be the same as High Speed, except the recording speed will drop
to 4X only.
Make sure the CD-R or CD-RW media is blank.
Test & Copy mode DIP switch settings: High Speed
Low Speed (4X)
